FidelisOne is a business that was developed with service to family and community in mind.  Specifically, those lower income and middle class families that are often left behind and for various reasons are not able to gain access to many of the opportunities that are available for either lack of knowledge or financial status.   Our company maintains and will continue to embrace strong ties in multiple communities across the U.S.

The primary founder, Eric Troy Anderson, a Captain in the United States Marine Corps, through his military travels consistently saw the need in many of those communities to break cycles of debt, “lifetime renter mentality”, and a serious need to move those individuals from the “can’t “ mind frame to a “can do attitude”.
Initially, using his own income, he began to purchase homes with the intent to lease-to-own those homes to deserving individuals who otherwise could not qualify as home owners.  As the company and opportunities grew, he decided to develop a system specifically designed to aid others in becoming not only financially sound, but also home owners

What’s special about this product is all of the homes are new construction homes.  In addition, all rent paid is applied towards the principal balance of the loan.  This keeps families from paying $10,000.00 to $15,000.00 annually with absolutely no return, no investment, and most importantly, no home.  This program also allows the lessees to sublet their properties in cases where they have to re-locate.
